Chris Goettl is the expert builder behind Structure Building Solutions. His experience spans every building phase in extreme conditions. His most important skills were learned as a kid helping his dad on A/C projects in the Phoenix Valley. He learned your work is sacred when a family is depending on you and that integrity is always the first required service.
His managerial and quality control skills developed while working for Pulte Homes, the largest homebuilder in the US. He managed 30 semi-custom 3000 sqft homes at a time and still held a long-standing record of zero punch items. He received the company-wide TOPS award in 2008.
After moving to the PNW, he improved the technical installation practices necessary to combat water intrusion at Polygon Northwest. As a Project Manager, he oversaw the construction of the largest master planned communities in Portland Metro including Progress Ridge, Timberland and Villebois. Finally, as Product Improvement Manager, Chris leveraged his experience building over 1000 homes and applied it to a wide range of the most difficult repairs on older properties. Each time he would improve his strategies focused on safety in developed communities and long-term effectiveness of the repair.
